One platform, three ways of working

Residential, commercial and maid services do not price the same way, do not schedule the same way and do not invoice the same way. Cleamano is the same software in all three cases — configured with the vocabulary of the work you actually do.

Homes, condos and rentals

Residential cleaning

Homes are priced room by room and cleaned to a routine. The catalog that ships with your account already knows that vocabulary — bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, whole-house flat rates, and move-in / move-out jobs — and you adjust the prices to your market.

Quotes that hold up

Price per room, per square foot or as a flat rate, add deep-clean modes, travel zones, pets and rush jobs. The same rules apply whoever writes the quote, so the margin does not depend on who answered the phone.

Recurring visits

Weekly, every two weeks or monthly jobs are scheduled once and repeat, with the assigned crew and the client’s entry instructions attached to each visit.

Access details in one place

Alarm codes, key location, parking, pets and what to avoid live on the client record and travel with the job, instead of in a text message someone has to find again.

Proof of the work

Before and after photos taken on the phone stay attached to the job, which settles most disputes before they turn into a discount.

Offices, retail and facilities

Commercial cleaning

Commercial work is contract work: fixed scope, fixed schedule, invoicing that has to match what was agreed. The default catalog covers private offices, open space, restrooms, lobbies, meeting and break rooms, whole-floor rates and hourly service.

Contracts priced by surface or by hour

Rate per square foot for the whole premises, per unit for restrooms and offices, or hourly for specific needs — combined in a single quote with your own terms and taxes.

Evening and night schedules

Jobs carry their own start and end times and their assigned crew, so a 7:00 PM office round sits in the schedule like any other job.

A checklist per site

Tasks are defined on the job and checked off in the field, giving you a record of what was actually done at each site — the document a facility manager asks for.

Invoicing that follows the contract

Turn the agreed scope into recurring invoices with your payment terms, track partial payments, and keep every invoice tied to the jobs behind it.

Crews on the road all day

Maid services

Maid services live and die by the daily route: several crews, many short jobs, and a schedule that changes on the morning of. The workspace is built to be run from a phone as much as from a desk.

Crews and assignments

Build teams, assign them to jobs, and let each cleaner open their own day on their phone with addresses, times and instructions.

Check in and check out

Crews record when they start and finish on site. You see the real duration next to the one you quoted, which is the fastest way to find the jobs that lose money.

Turnovers and one-off jobs

Short-notice work — vacation rental turnovers between two stays, move-out cleans, one-time deep cleans — is quoted from the same catalog and slotted into the same schedule.

Documents clients expect

Service agreements, entry authorizations and checklists are generated with your logo and colors, and can be signed electronically.
